Zinc Oxide is a Non-Ferrous Metallic Oxide produced by melting of Raw Zinc Ingots at 800 (Approximate) Degree Celsius. It has numerous applications in various field of work like Rubber Components like Tires, Footwear, Ceramics, Paints, Additives, Fertilizers, Frits, Pigments, Coatings and others. It is an Organic Compound formed from Top Dross, Bottom Dross, Pure Raw Ingots. It is manufactured using three methods French, Hydro met and Calcination Processes.

Following the strict quality control procedures, we manufacture Zinc Oxide( White Seal and Gold Seal) using French Process ( Direct Process ) with a capacity of over 10000 Metric Tons Per Annum using the hi-tech and latest equipment. Under the process, raw zinc is sourced and melted in Crucibles installed in Furnaces. In the melting process crucibles containing Raw Ingots are heated using Furnace oil and burner at Approx 1000 Degree Celsius. Using blowers heated Zinc compound are sucked into Cooling bags where the matter is exposed to Oxygen and cooled thus forming Whitish Powder like appearance and finally collected in collection tanks. After collecting Zinc Powder in tanks they are segregated into different grades as the specification of customers and then they are packed in HDPE Bags of sizes 25 Kg as required by our prestigious customers.
We believe in establishing relationships rather than just conducting business ”
Zinc Oxide appears like a white powder because of exposition of heated zinc particles to oxygen and thus on cooling particles ends in appearing as a white powder having very tiny granules of an average of 100 nm. It is odourless in nature and with solubility in water.
